INDICATIONS
Broad spectrum antibiotic with synergistic effect.
For the treatment of:
- Chronic Respiratory Diseases (CRD);
- Infections caused by Doxycycline and Spiramcyin sensitive micro organisms such as Clostridum perfringens, E. coli, Salmonella, Mycoplasma, Haemophilus spp, Bordetella, Clostridum colinum, Pasteurella, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus Campylobacter, Chlamydia and Rickettsia;
- Mucus and rattle.
DOSAGE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
For oral administration through the drinking water.
Dosage: 1000 gram per 1000 litres of drinking water, during 3-6 consecutive days.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 12 hours. This product therefore needs to be changed daily. Absorption of water from other sources, during treatment should be avoided. In severe conditions, it is recommended to renew the duration of treatment with another five days.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Do not administer in case of hypersensitivity or resistance to the active ingredients. Do not administer to animals with a seriously impaired liver and/or renal function. Do not administer to poultry producing eggs for human consumption. Do not combine with bactericidal agents like penicillins and cephalosporins. Do not combine with macrolide antibiotics.
ADVERSE REACTION
None known.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Meat: 5 days.
Eggs: Not permitted for use in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
For oral use only. Clean the drinking pots thoroughly in order to prevent re-infection and sediment. Avoid placing drinking water in the sunlight. Do not use together with other antibiotics.
This product may induce irritation. Avoid inhaling and contact with skin and eyes.
Do not administer together with grit and mineral salts.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep in a dry, dark place in a well-closed container, between 2-25°C. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Avoid inhaling and contact with skin and eyes.
WASTE DISPOSAL ADVICE
Dispose of waste material in a way approved by the competent authorities.
