COMPOSITION

Contains per kg:

Azithromycin                          36800000 IU

Tilmicosin sulphate              100 g

Bromhexine                             2 g

TARGET ANIMALS

Chickens and turkeys.

INDICATIONS

For the treatment of:

• Diseases which are caused by positive and negative gram bacteria, especially: E. coli, coryza and mycoplasmosis infections associated with Mycoplasma gallisepticum (CRD), Mycoplasma synoviae (arthritis/synovitis) and other organisms susceptible to Azetromycin and Tilmicosin.

DOSAGE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

For oral administration through the drinking water.

Dosage:                   1 gram per 1.5 litre of drinking water, during 2 days only.

Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours. This product therefore needs to be changed daily. Absorption of water from other sources during treatment should be avoided.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity or resistance to the active ingredients or other macrolides or lincosamides.

Do not administer to poultry producing eggs for human consumption.

ADVERSE REACTION

Decrease in water and feed consumption may occur.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Chicken:                   12 days.

Turkeys:                   19 days.

Eggs:                         Not permitted for use in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

For oral use only.

Clean the drinking pots thoroughly in order to prevent re-infection and sediment.

Avoid placing drinking water in the sunlight.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep in a dry, dark place in a well-closed container, between 2-25°C. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Avoid inhaling and contact with skin and eyes.

WASTE DISPOSAL ADVICE

Dispose of waste material in a way approved by the competent authorities.
